Can I get a discount?
If we are not currently offering a discount for public use, no. We frequently receive emails from people asking if they can get a discount, and this is something we don’t do. If we gave discounts to anyone who asked, we’d always be discounting our product, which we cannot do.
What are your licensing options?
You can purchase a personal license for $99 or a developer license for $299. The difference between the two licenses is the number of websites you will receive support and automatic updates on. UltimateWoo is licensed under the GNU General Public License and there is no limitation on its use. For more information, see our Terms of Use.
Can I upgrade my license?
Definitely! You can upgrade any time from your account page.
What happens when my license expires?
When your license expires, you won’t be able to access updates or support. However, you can continue to use the plugin as long as you wish. Licenses are automatically renewed so you must remember to cancel manually to stop service.
How important are updates?
Very important. Updates ensure you are running the most secure, full-featured modules available. Running outdated versions can result in a lack of features when compared to new versions and security vulnerabilities. Always make sure you are running up-to-date versions of all plugins, themes, and WordPress itself.
Is support “unlimited”?
We think support is the most important part of what we do and we strive to resolve support requests within one business day. However, it is not possible to provide “unlimited” support in the same way we offer unlimited automatic updates to our developer license holders. Therefore, we can only provide support for up to 10 websites per developer license.
Is UltimateWoo multi-site compatible?
UltimateWoo can be activated on multi-site networks, but each site within the network will need to activate their installation with its own license key.
