When a license is added/checked/removed in the UltimateWoo settings, the plugin sends a request to our server to validate the license. When your license does not activate, but shows as expired, it is likely that request is never being sent, because no data is coming back in response; if it were going through, there would be some amount of data, even if just an error.
This means that your host could be blocking the requests. We suggest getting in touch with them to request that they whitelist HTTP requests to
